Pervasive Engineering Simulation with ANSYS

Engineers can save time and money by performing simulations earlier in the design cycle, using digital exploration to explore a larger design space faster before making design decisions and locking in costs. Similarly, simulation is moving downstream into operations, where real-time simulation using digital twins is providing insight into a product’s real-world performance and maintenance. ANSYS 18 is our next step in delivering pervasive engineering simulation. Placing simulation into the hands of more engineers throughout the product... >>

SimTec is now a member of TechNet Alliance and Corallia

SimTec became a member of TechNet Alliance, a Global Network of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Experts dedicated to Consulting, Support, Training, Marketing and Distribution of CAE Software and Technology. The TechNet Alliance was founded by ANSYS Channel Partners in 1998 and has grown into a global network of CAE companies and, as such, constitutes one of the longest standing CAE Alliances in the world. Marketing simulation software, the related training, support and consulting is the main focus of companies within the TechNet Alliance. To ensure a longstanding and trusting collaboration, membership of the TechNet Alliance is offered by invitation only to selected companies enriching the network. Today the TechNet Alliance, active for more than 10 years, consists of over 55 companies from more than 25 countries. In addition to companies from all over Europe, partners from Brazil, China, India, Japan, Canada, South Korea and the United States are represented in the network. SimTec is now a member of mi-cluster, a Corallia initiative. The Nano/Microelectronics-based Systems and Applications Cluster (mi-Cluster), is the first innovation cluster in Greece; since 2006, it has shown significant development in a number of performance measures. It is largely characterized by an intensive export orientation and the design of innovative products worldwide. Furthermore, mi-Cluster has attracted domestic and foreign investment and has contributed to the employment of highly skilled workforce with positive multiplier effects on entrepreneurship, innovation and the national economy overall. Today, the mi-Cluster consists of the Industrial Association (HSIA), the Cluster Facilitator (Corallia), and more than 30 industrial members (large enterprises, SMEs, international design centers and start-ups). In addition to its industrial basis, over 50 members currently represent academia and research institutes, the finance sector, national and regional authorities, media, etc. promoting complementarity within the innovation... >>
